Public Record Feeds

Terms

Last updated 2 September 2026.

What you are buying

A subscription to a feed is a monthly subscription to scheduled emails of public records, cut by the geography and sent at the cadence stated on the feed page. The columns are listed there too. That is the whole of what is being sold.

The records

The records come from public agencies. They are delivered as published, with rows and columns naming individuals removed. Public Record Feeds does not warrant that a feed is complete, current or correct. Public registers contain errors, agencies change their publishing schedules, and a source can go down or change its format without notice. When a source stops working, the feed stops until it is fixed.

Not advice

The feeds are records, not advice. Nothing in a feed or on this site is legal, insurance, financial or professional advice, and no outcome of any kind is promised. What you do with a record is your decision.

Payment and cancelling

Fair use

A subscription is for one business. Do not resell the feed or pass the files on as your own product. The underlying records are public and anyone can go and get them.

Liability

The feeds are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
